Strawberry Spinach Salad
Sweet strawberries and tender greens with a simple honey dressing.

Ingredients
- For the salad
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans
- For the dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Put the spinach, strawberries and pecans in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently just before serving.
